Exact subjects covered each night will vary depending on the tutors available. For example, some languages may be covered on selected nights.

At your interview, we will confirm that your child’s subjects match our team’s expertise, and we will be transparent about any subjects where a specialist tutor would serve you better.

We employ tutors from different streams, including Maths and Science, English and Psychology.

What a typical session looks like

Each session combines focused study blocks with afternoon tea and a shared two-course dinner, providing students with academic support, structure and a sense of community throughout the evening.

Session Schedule

4:00pm Students arrive and are welcomed with afternoon tea

4:15pm First study block begins

6:00pm Students sit together for a two-course dinner

6:30pm Second study block begins

8:00pm Session ends

Operating Monday to Thursday, 4pm to 8pm

The Whole Student follows our published term calendar. Our calendar is set independently of individual school calendars, which means sessions run consistently through end-of-term periods and public holidays within the school term.

This gives students a reliable weekly rhythm regardless of what their school is doing that week. It also provides a dedicated and productive space during exam preparation or to get started on holiday project work.

You choose the day or days that your child attends.

The fee is $250 per session, invoiced per term. A full-term commitment is required, with full payment before the student starts the program.

2027 Term Calendar & fees

Term 1: 7 weeks February 8 - March 25 $1,750 per term

Term 2: 11 weeks April 12 - June 25 $2750 per term

Term 3: 9 weeks July 19 - September 16 $2250 per term

Term 4: 9 weeks October 4 - December 2 $2250 per term

Additional sessions: An additional session can be added, subject to availability. Each additional session will incur a $250 session fee.
